Peter has accumulated 30 years in Hotel Interiors specialising in design lead FF&E fit out and refurbishment outcomes with a broad range of experience across all classes such as Super Lodges, Resorts, Luxury Hotels, mid-market and budget Hotels & Motels, and Serviced Apartments. His extensive experience in strata titled apartment projects has led to a rich understanding of investor refurbishment expectations allowing him to develop and lead his team to design viable refurbishment solutions. With a focus on Australia and New Zealand his project reach has crossed the Asia Pacific region, a number of which have achieved prestigious industry awards.
Peter is rewarded by the market for having a strong intuitive understanding of Hotel investment fundamentals, day to day Hotel operations and has combined this with sensitivity towards budget to create out comes that reflect a fine balance in aesthetics, functional efficiency and financial returns for his clients.
Currently, Peter continues to lend his expertise to a variety of clients looking for industry specific operational based design lead FF&E outcomes. Using his in-depth knowledge of the global furniture supply chain, Peter is able to deliver certainty to a high level fit out quality. His consistent excellence in project delivery has given confidence to his clients to engage Hotel World Design for their new Hotel developments and refurbishments.

As a Chartered Accountant, Vasso has spent the last 25 years across virtually all aspects of the hotel industry acting for Owners, Banks, Hotel Management Companies and a multitude of clients involved in the accommodation industry. The services which Vasso has undertaken are as extensive as the clients he has acted for and include, corporate finance, sales & acquisitions of hotel assets & portfolios either as a property & business asset or at the corporate entity level, development, asset management, operator selection and management agreement negotiation, vendor & purchaser financial due diligence and capital transaction closure services.
In addition to his finance activities, Vasso is also a Director for Savills Hotels, Australia & New Zealand. His responsibilities encompass Capital Market activities and overseeing the broad range of advisory services which the team provides to its clients.
In recent years Vasso was Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, Asia Pacific, for the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. Prior to his Carlson Rezidor role, he was a Partner of Horwath Sydney Chartered Accountants and Joint Managing Director of Horwath HTL Australia for 18 years.
